McGill est l'un des établissements d'enseignement supérieurs les plus prestigieux du Canada et l’une des universités canadiennes les plus éminentes en matière de recherche du pays; elle compte parmi les meilleures universités de l'Amérique du Nord et du monde de tradition anglo-saxonne. Quelque 160 pays sont représentés au sein de son effectif étudiant qui est le plus international des universités canadiennes offrant des programmes de médecine et de doctorat.

Les Résidences
L'université met à votre disposition trois types de résidences; style studio, style appartement et maison partagée. Quelque soit votre choix, un ameublement de base est à votre disposition.

Les chambres constituent le choix le plus économique. Simple ou double, avec ou sans salle de bain privée, tous sauront y trouver son compte.

Les résidences de style appartement sont une alternative de plus en plus populaire auprès des étudiants qui veulent une vie autonome en appartement, mais qui veulent partager leur vie avec leurs pairs. La vie en résidence de style appartement est également un choix judicieux pour les étudiants qui ont des besoins alimentaires particuliers, et qui veulent préparer eux-mêmes leur nourriture.

Dans les maisons partagées, les étudiants profitent de chambres à coucher individuelles tout en ayant l’occasion de vivre en collectivité grâce aux cuisines et aux salles spacieuses où les colocataires se rassemblent pour manger, regarder la télévision ou tout simplement pour être ensemble.
